Karnataka HC Stays Bangalore District Consumer Commission Order Holding PVR Liable for Wasting Time - (11 Mar 2025)

CONSUMER

Karnataka High Court has granted interim relief to PVR by staying the order passed by Bangalore District Consumer Commission which held PVR liable to pay compensation to a complainant for wasting time by showing long advertisements.
