Cal. HC: Organisation Once Recognized as Minority will Always be Minority - (10 Mar 2025)

Calcutta High Court has held that once the status of minority has been given to an organization it will always be recognised as a minority institution and there is no requirement to routinely approach the state authorities to retain such status.
