Assault of Tribal Woman: Guj. HC States Restorative Care to be Provided to her Extremely Important - (10 Mar 2025)

Gujarat High Court while hearing a suo motu plea relating to the reported assault of a tribal woman, has stated that the rehabilitation and restorative care which are to be provided to her are of utmost importance.
