Bom. HC Restrains Entity from Using Trademark Similar to STREAX - (07 Mar 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bombay High Court has restrained an entity from using a trademark that is deceptively similar to the hair color brand Streax. The Court found that the adoption of the impugned trademark by the entity appears to be dishonest.
