SC: Party to Remain Liable for Prior Violation Even if Injunction Order Subsequently Set Aside - (07 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that courts will not be precluded from holding a party guilty of disobedience of injunction order committed during the pendency of the order even if the injunction order is subsequently set aside.
