Mad. HC No Interference with Order Allowing FIR against Channel Revealing Identity of POCSO Victim - (06 Mar 2025)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has refused to interfere with an order of Special Judge for POCSO cases, Chennai in which registration of an FIR was directed against a Tamil news channel for allegedly revealing the identity of a victim in a POCSO case.
