Bom HC: Telling Person that B.R. Ambedkar’s Respect is Reduced Due to Followers Like him Not Offence - (06 Mar 2025)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while quashing an FIR against a person who told another person that respect of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is reduced because of followers like him, has stated that such an act would not fall within the ambit of defamation and is not an offence.
