Delhi HC: Not Supplying 'Grounds of Arrest' to Accused Either in Arrest Memo or Separately is Illegal - (05 Mar 2025)

Delhi High Court declared the arrest of a man as illegal after noting that “grounds of arrest” were neither given to accused in the arrest memo nor separately.
