Supreme Court Expresses Concerns about Vacancy of Judges in District Judiciary - (05 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing proceedings initiated in relation to addressing the systematic flaws under the POCSO Act, 2012 has expressed concerns about the vacancy of judges in the District Judiciary resulting in delay in trials in Special Courts created for POCSO Act offences.
