Supreme Court: Failure on Part of State Led to Development of Private Hospitals - (05 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that in proportion to the population of this country, the states have not been able to develop the requisite medical infrastructure to cater the needs of all kinds of patients which led to setting up of private hospitals to cater to the needs of all kind of patients.
