Ker. HC: Order of AG Declining Sanction for Criminal Proceedings is Not Justiciable - (04 Mar 2025)

Kerala High Court has held that Advocate General refusal of granting sanction for initiation of criminal contempt proceedings under Section 15(1) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is not justiciable.
