Special Court in Mumbai Orders FIR against SEBI Chairperson and Others - (04 Mar 2025)

A Special Court in Mumbai while passing an order in an application under Section 156(3) CrPC, 1973 has directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to register a FIR against former Chairperson of SEBI and other members.
