SC: While Deciding Application for Leave to Appeal, Court must Consider if Arguable Points Exist - (04 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court has stated that High Court while deciding an application for leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of CrPC must determine whether a prima facie case exists or if arguable points have been raised.
