Bombay HC to CBI: Provide Approver’s Statements to Sheena Bora Murder Case Accused - (01 Jul 2016)

Bombay HC has ordered Central Bureau of Investigation court to hand over statements recorded by accused-turned-approver Shyamvar Rai to all accused in the Sheena Bora murder case.
