SC: Necessary to Serve Notice to User before Taking Down Content from Social Media - (04 Mar 2025)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court while hearing a petition challenging blocking of social media accounts/posts without giving notice to users, has remarked that it is necessary to issue notice to users who are identifiable.
