Delhi HC: Woman’s Claim Seeking Right to Shared Household Valid Even in Absence of Domestic Violence - (03 Mar 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that a woman’s claim under Section 17 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 seeking right to shared household is valid even if there is not domestic violence.
