SC: Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Persons Will Not Come Under Transgenders - (30 Jun 2016)

SC, while clarifying 2014 order, has said that only transgenders will be treated as third gender. Gay, lesbian and bisexual persons will not come under this category.
