Uttarakhand HC Orally Remarks that Female Partner in Live-in Relationships is More Vulnerable - (28 Feb 2025)

Uttarakhand High Court while hearing pleas challenging the provisions of the Uniform Civil Code relating to Live-In Relationships, has orally remarked that female partner in the live-in relationship is more vulnerable.
