P&H HC: States to Ensure Compliance of Mandatory Provisions of Mental Health Care Act, 2017 - (28 Feb 2025)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has directed the State of Punjab and Haryana to ensure compliance of all the mandatory provisions of the Mental Health Care Act, 2017 and file a compliance affidavit of the same.
