Delhi HC: Can Produce 'Final Report-I' of CBI in Exceptional Circumstances - (28 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that even though the final report of Central Bureau of Investigation is a confidential document, the production of the same for perusal of the Court at the stage of cognizance cannot be denied if the exceptional circumstances are carved out.
