SC: Mere Use of Word ‘Irrevocable’ in Power of Attorney Doesn’t Make it Irrevocable - (28 Feb 2025)

SC has observed that mere use of the word 'irrevocable' in a General Power of Attorney (POA) does not make it irrevocable. If the POA is not coupled with interest, no extraneous expression can make it irrevocable.
