SC: Legal Heirs Can’t Claim Ownership of Partner’s Contribution in Firm - (28 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that a partner’s contribution in the partnership firm becomes the firm’s property and legal heirs of the partner cannot claim exclusive right over that property after the death and retirement of such partner.
