SC to Punjab and Haryana HC: Decide Immediately Plea Filed by DLF Park Place’s Residents Association - (25 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has ordered Punjab and Haryana High Court to immediately decide plea filed by DLF Park Place’s residents association in Gurgaon against DLF for launching its new project Crest on land that residents claim belongs to Park Place and also for FAR violations.
