Kerala HC: Eligible Woman Can Undergo IVF Even if Husband Ineligible - (27 Feb 2025)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Kerala High Court while permitting woman to undergo Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) procedure, has observed that a married woman of eligible age can undergo IVF treatment even if her husband becomes ineligible provided that the he consents to such procedure.
