SC: Personal Liberty of Individuals should Not be Lightly Interfered With - (25 Feb 2025)

CONSTITUTION

SC while setting aside an order cancelling bail of an accused, has observed that the liberty of an individual is a precious right under the Constitution of India. Thus, the Courts ought to be wary that such liberty is not lightly interfered with.
