SC: Need of Machinery to File Complaints against Misleading Medical Advertisements - (25 Feb 2025)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court while hearing a case regarding misleading medical advertisements, has stated that there is a need to establish a machinery under Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 so that citizens can file complaint against misleading medical advertisements.
