SC Seeks Comprehensive Affidavits from NCR States Over Compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules - (25 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court while dealing with the issue of solid waste management in the National Capital Region, has asked the state to file comprehensive affidavits regarding compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
