Delhi HC: Penalty Proceedings to Continue in Vodafone Tax Case - (30 Jun 2016)

Delhi HC has allowed penalty proceedings by Income Tax Department to continue against Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd, but stayed operation of the final order till next hearing scheduled in July.
