J&K HC: Accused Residing Beyond Jurisdiction Makes Prelim. Inquiry Mandatory before Issuing Process - (24 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that where the accused is residing outside the jurisdiction of the magistrate court it is mandatory to conduct a preliminary inquiry before issuing process.
