J&K HC: Non-Consideration of Leave to Defend Application Makes the Decree Unsustainable in Law - (24 Feb 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that non-consideration of application for leave to defend a suit filed by the defendant on merits makes the impugned judgment and decree unsustainable in law.
