SC Grants One Week’s Protection to NewsClick in Relation to Tax Recovery - (24 Feb 2025)

DIRECT TAXATION

Supreme Court has granted one week’s interim protection to the news portal NewsClick in relation to tax recovery demands and has granted it liberty to approach the High Court.
