SC: No Entitlement on Job Contractors to Pension for Pre-Regularisation Period - (24 Feb 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has observed that there is a clear distinction between the employees who are in work-charged establishment vis-à-vis those who are in job contract establishment and Job Contractors cannot be entitled to pension for pre-regularisation period unlike work-charged employees.
