Chh. HC: Attacks by Naxalites on Security Forces Not Mere Criminal Acts but Part of Larger Insurgency - (21 Feb 2025)

Chhattisgarh High Court while upholding the conviction of persons involved in naxal attack, has observed that attacks/ambush by Naxalites on security forces are not just criminal acts but are part of a larger insurgency that threatens national security, law and order, and democratic institutions.
