SC Grants Bail in Money Laundering Case Citing Prolonged Incarceration - (21 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while hearing the plea of accused who had been in custody for 14 months in a money laundering case, has granted bail to him citing prolonged incarceration and the likelihood of delay in the completion of the trial.
