SC: Can’t Act Upon Government Order Barring Non-Hindu Vendors from Temple Shop Auctions - (21 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court has clarified that the Government order barring non-Hindu vendors from participating in temple shop lease auctions cannot be acted upon in view of the stay by Supreme Court on High Court’s decision upholding the Government order.
