SC: No Right to Seek Parole or Premature Release for Terrorists - (30 Jun 2016)

SC, while setting aside a P&H High Court judgment directing Gujarat Govt. to release life convict Lal Singh alias Manjit Singh on parole for 3 months, has ruled that terrorists had no right to seek parole or premature release, citing human rights or individual liberty.
