Gau. HC: Cannot Take Up New Ground in Appeal Except Plea of Maintainability - (20 Feb 2025)

Gauhati High Court while dismissing an appeal against judgment of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, has stated that except a plea of maintainability, no new ground can be taken up in an appeal.
