P&H HC: 25% Seats to be Reserved for Weaker Section to Ensure Free Education under RTE Act - (20 Feb 2025)

EDUCATION

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed reservation of 25% seats for weaker section of the society in private unaided schools in Punjab covered under the Right to Education Act, 2009 to ensure free and elementary education.
