SC Adjourns Plea Challenging Constitutionality of Election Commissioners' Law - (20 Feb 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has adjourned pleas that challenged that constitutionality of Chief Election Commissioner and Other Election Commissioners Act, 2023 through which the Chief Justice of India was removed from the panel appointing Election Commissioners.
