Gau. HC Asks State if Minor Mineral Rules Stipulate Action Against Contractor for Illegal Mining - (14 Feb 2025)

MINES AND MINERALS

Gauhati High Court has asked the State Authorities if there is any provision under the existing mineral rules that allow action against the contractors who are involved in illegal extraction of minor minerals.
