Ker. HC: Party in Possession of Properties Failing to Disclose it Throws Light on Suppression of Fact - (13 Feb 2025)

CIVIL

Ker HC has held that when a party in possession of movable/s and immovable property/ies fails to disclose its details the same would throw light on the fact that he had suppressed material facts about movable/s and immovable property/ies, with a view to mislead the court and play fraud on the Court.
