SC: Issues of Applicability of Scheme for Compassionate Appointment Continues to be in Grey Area - (13 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing an appeal regarding compassionate appointment, has observed that the issue whether the applicable scheme for such appointment should be the one in effect during the time of death or when such appointment application was considered, continues to be in grey area.
