Uttarakhand HC Put Stay on Action in Nainisar Land Allotment Case - (29 Jun 2016)

Uttarakhand HC has stayed proceedings of a lower court against 381 persons, booked in November 2015 by State Government for opposing land allotment to a private school at Nainisar in Almora district.
