Chhattisgarh HC: Husband’s Unnatural Sex with Wife is not an Offence - (12 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that a husband committing non-consensual anal sex or any other non-consensual sexual act, cannot be held liable for rape under Section 375 or unnatural offence Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
