NCLAT: Project Management Committee Constituted under Agreement Doesn’t Absolve CD from Obligations - (12 Feb 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that if a Project Management Committee comprising members of financial creditors and corporate debtor has been constituted in pursuance of a Settlement Agreement, it does not absolve the Corporate Debtor from repayment obligation.
