SC Imposes Cost on States Failing to Comply with Direction of POSH Act Implementation - (12 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court has imposed cost on States that have failed to comply with directions that were passed for the effective compliance of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
