SC: BCI to Hold Meeting on Resolving Issues About 1-Year Teaching Requirement to Accept 1-Yr LL.M - (12 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court has suggested the Bar Council of India (BCI) to hold a stakeholder meeting to resolve issues like requirement of 1 year teaching experience for 1-year LL.M. degree holders in order for their LL.M. to be recognized.
