SC: Can’t Apply Rule of Listing Bail Pleas from Same FIR Before Same Bench if Roaster Changes - (12 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court has clarified that the rule of listing bail pleas from same FIR before same bench will not be applicable if there is change in Judge’s roaster.
