Ker. HC: Can’t Allow PSU Employees to Continue in Service Unless Decision taken on Retirement Age - (11 Feb 2025)

SERVICE

Kerala High Court has observed that Public Sector Undertakings (PSU’s) employees cannot be allowed to continue in their service irrespective of their retirement age until decision is taken by the Government on the feasibility of enhancing retirement age.
