SC: Can’t Prioritize Cycle-Tracks When Struggling to Provide Basic Needs - (11 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court while refusing to entertain a petition seeking direction to have separate cycling tracks in all cities, has observed that such direction is not feasible when government is facing difficulty in even providing basic amenities like shelter and hospitals.
